In the beginning, we had the doubt if a liftassist would be able to meet our requirements. Our aim was to improve ergonomics in the workplace with a roll handling system without it being oversized. It also had to be flexible, fast and easy to use, especially with heavy rolls.

 

After we visited Dotec and we had the opportunity to test the system on site, we were convinced. The compact system, flexibility and intuitive operation made all the difference. Compared to other solutions, the system of Dotec was exactly what we needed.

 

Since the introduction, our day-to-day work has improved significantly. We optimized the ergonomics what had a direct influence on the operators satisfaction. It was particularly positive that our operators were able to work with the liftassist without any problems after a short training and some practice time. We are now much more flexible in planning and handling heavy rolls on our production machines.

 

We would definitely choose Dotec again. The combination of well thought-out technology, easy handling and improved ergonomics makes a real difference in our day-to-day work.
